Hi Team
I am Kajal Taak and unfortunately I am a Loan Account holder – CL00673764 of your NDXP bank .
Regret to Inform you that i have gone thorough laparoscopic surgery by Practo care two times as first surgery was not performed correctly due to which again need to performed the surgery i have escalated to Practo care and they have planned again surgery by Dr. Vikas Gupta, conducted the surgery in Healing Hands Nursing Centre. Paid Rs.50,000/- to the Practo as loan amount was disbursed on the name of mine without any information and intimation for my surgery by Practo it was major surgery they just asked me to signature the documents and OTP validation done by the team side .
Recently i have checked my cibil score and found the loan was taken on my name which is unpaid so far , Its been 3 years no information and any intimation letter and communication being sent to me now loan interest has been charged and loan due amount is more than the principal amount it was fraudulent activity done by Practo organisation .
Would request you to please investigate this and help to provide the appropriate assistance around this issue kindly help in resolving the issue so i can pay the principal amount only as i was not aware that surgery was getting performed after availing the loan disbursement .
