Dear All,
I have applied for an instant personal loan request from Money View on 1st July 2022, Loan id which I have received – 161944714972.
I have received e- mail regarding my loan amount which is disbursed, welcome mail from Aditya Birla
But today is 5th July 2022 and still I haven’t received a disbursal amount on my account, yes I have received only one rupees when I was submitted online loan request on the Money View app.
Welcome mail clearly mentioned that your loan amount is disbursed, how it’s possible when money is not transferred to my bank account, also they have sent me a repayment schedule.
What is this??? How Aditya Birla sends me this type of email when money is not disbursed. In the mail there is no mention that it will take a few more days.
Number which is mentioned on Aditya Birla website for complain, no one is picking – 08045860191 & 08045860193
I have sent an e-mail to Money View – loans@moneyview.in but not receive any reply from there end.
So please look into this matter.
