mere phone ke emi date 5 ki jati hai but date 2 ko he service block kr de jati hai jisse mujhe bahut dekkat ho rahe hai ,jb mere emi ek din late ho jati hai to 356 rs ka charge lga dete hai .phir ye jb 3 din pahle service lock kr dete ho in per bhe penelty lg ni chahiye,customer care per call receved nhe kiya jata hai.samsung care wale kahte hai ki dmi loan company ka mamla hai ,mai bahut pareshan hu .plz halp me
