I have taken loans many times and have also repaid the loans many a times, yet this time due to death in family and expenses related to it i could not repay on time.
- Interest & Charges – 30-50% of the loan amount
- Repayment – only 7 days
I have already paid a hefty repayment in the past payments i have made and the principal is already recovered and even more. Yet i had no issues in repaying. But today was the heights of all. The number of people i have spoken to does not have any remorse of the dead.
When i informed there was death in family the next question is Am i Dead? Is my father and mother dead ? I dont care who dies i want the payment now
Despite paying all the time on time and paying a hefty fee, i am drowning in more and more debt. Also They are threatning to call all the people in the contact list.
How did they get my personal information, i never authorised them to take my contact list, i have given 2 references but this is a cyber issue people misusing access information. They have called my friends relatives everyone in my contact list. This is pure harassment and fraud.
Now i dont intend to pay after this humiliation and embarrassment. @Cyber Cell – How are we allowing people to do fraud and allowing people to barge into someones privacy.
I was a good paying customer but after this i have decided not to pay a single penny after all the insults to my friends/family and relatives
