Well credit app advertisement poped up on my mobile number. I filled in all details, my account details and upladed my adhaar card just to know the loan amount they are offering and what’s their rateof interest and other charges. But, when I saw they are offering a meger loan of Rs 7000 with a processing fee of Rs 5812 ( almost 75-80 % of the amount offered. ) . I did not accept their offer and didn’t press the final approval button. But they credited my account in 2/3 hours on 07/08/7/2022. When I saw the credit in my account at 6 pm and immediately sent 2 emails to them for wrongly crediting my account with Rs 7000 and asked them for their bank account so that I can return the amount immediately. Matter was also reported to p2p Rbi platform and complaint was filed in National consumer forum. Now they are threatening me to repay the loan amount Rs 7000 + processing fee of Rs 5812 within 7days
