On 25th July 2023 at around 9:40PM i got credit of Rs.3300.99 wherein the source of credit was not mentioned. I was not able to sleep whole night as i never got any credit without my knowledge. Next Morning i called up mine bank Customer Care to know the source of credit.
Karthan from SBI customer care updated me that they don’t have any details of the credit done in your account as it was IMPS.
I tried to find out the source of credit but was not succeeded.
Then on 29.09.2023 (After 5 Days of Credit) I got message from SPAM App that an amount of Rs.6041 is due on 31.07.2023. I was really shock to see that message.
I clicked on the link which was provided in the sms which directed me to HeroRupee site and all the loan details were available on that link.
I Googled HeroRupee Customer Support and was succeeded in finding number – 9903184542.
When i called herorupee number 990318452 – Executive by name Pankaj Singh received the call and i had word with him explaining the details that i never requested for any amount then why herorupees had transferred 3300.99 in my account and demanding 6041 to pay by 31st July 2023.
Pankaj Singh from Herorupee was convinced by my explanation and told me to pay 3500 VIA UPI ID provided by him – 8777689708@ibl to close the said loan account.
I was ready to make payment of 3500 as agreed by me and herorupee but i requested to provide the bank account details so that i can transfer the amount. I was not ready to make payment through UPI as they might hack my contact and bank details.
Pankaj was not ready to provide bank details and requested me to pay through UPI
Then on 29.07.2023 at around 18:40 i got call from +120 320 5793 – Rahul was the name of the person from herorupees who was talking to me and he updated that i had applied on their herorupee website. I requested to show me Loan Agreement PLUS the documents submitted by me then on ongoing calls only he told to check my whatsapp where he told that all the documents submitted by me are provided.
On seeing my whatsapp i was really shock to see Pakistan Number +92 312 5395117 and he told to click the link. I did not clicked the link as this would have resulted in transferring of all mine details to him and i disconnected the call and blocked that pakistan number.
Please note since 29th July 2023 i am getting so many calls from +1 , +120 extension which are fraud calls from herorupees
Request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.
