Hi, I was checking for eligibility in an online loan platform called Duncan cash.
The loan should 3000rs, I checked my eligibility. Without my consent and without revealing what will the intrest for th loan the app disbursed loan amount. The app showed 3000rs and disbursed only 1650 to my account. Before loan disbursal I sent several emails to the loan app email which was shown in the app, asking them to cancel my loan. The app doesn’t have a customer care number.I already returned loan amount Rs 1650 immediately Duncan cash UPI payment.But again demanding and repay Rs3000 related my reputation damage related threating me in WhatsApp.
