I have taken loan on 16 February 2020 and paid all my dues and closed the loan on 27 may 2020. But in the recent update on 31 March 2023 it was showing an outstanding amount on rupees 7458. Also it was showing that the loan is closed and no amount remaining . These all rubbish things affecting my cibil report . Kindly help me to get out of this . So that I can maintain my cibil report .
