Loan overdue messages are being sent from an unknown company, stating that if I don’t pay, it will be considered a refusal to process and the platform will take legal action for loan fraud. If the loan is not repaid today, the company will cancel the bill and notify all contacts on my mobile phone. The platform will also harass everyone in my phone’s address book via phone calls, text messages, and WhatsApp. The company’s door-to-door collection agents may come to my house. I should pay off the loan immediately, upload the 12-digit UTR after payment, and reply “Yes” to the Indian Loan Association.
