Despite paying the agreed settlement amount of 9174 on August 7, 2023, my loan shows as outstanding.Additionally, Cashe’s debt collection team contacted my payroll officer without my consent, leading to job loss.I seek your intervention for loan closure, issuance of a No Objection Certificate (NOC), and an investigation into Cashe’s conduct.
