Hi, I got a call from indiabulls dhani representative on 05th Jan 2021 regarding the emi payment of my loan with Indiabulls dhani. I informed the person that i would like preclose the loan and the person suggested me to pay around 42000 rs which i paid on same day i.e, 5th Jan 2021. when i enquired about NOC for the closure, representative of IndiaBulls Dhani informed that i will be getting the same within 15 days. Problem started here after, i kept on getting calls from indiabulls dhani representatives regarding loan emi and everytime i informed them that i closed the loan on 5th Jan 2021 by paying the outstanding amount suggested by the representative. But till today i am still getting the calls on the same matter. Further i tried reaching out the support number of Dhani but i was unsuccessfull to connect as the connection was getting terminated after making me wait for 15-30 mins in each occasion. After this i dropped an email with the concern to support email address of dhani through which also i didn’t get the proper response and they sent me notice to pay around 5K amount again to get NOC. I replied to the same email asking for details of accumalating this charges but there is no response from them on this. Also, Indiabulls Dhani had charged my bounce charges from FEB to till date even when i have made the payment on 5th Jan 2021. I have dropped an email to grievance@dhani.com email id aswell but there is non response from them still on the matter.
