Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Sanjeev kumar, and I had taken a personal loan from Hero FinCorp about 3 years ago. I completed the full repayment of my loan on May 1, 2024, for which I have all the necessary documents and evidence.
Unfortunately, my loan was not closed, and on September 8, 2025, an amount of ₹6003 was deducted from my account as EMI, which is completely unauthorized. I had earlier emailed regarding this matter, but no action has been taken so far, and the deducted amount hasn’t been refunded to my account( Only 1780 rupye refunded yet)..Please save me from this fraud
I request you to:
1. Close my loan account immediately.
2. Refund the unauthorized deduction of ₹6003 to my account.
3. Provide me with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
I have all the following documents as per evidence:
– Proof of loan foreclosure
– Payment receipts
– Screenshots of previous emails
Please resolve this matter at the earliest. I look forward to your response.
