I have taken a loan of Rs.10000/-Mpocket in 2019. In 2022 August,I got a call from their office for settlement & closure of the loan by paying Rs.12000/-.This was after email clarification and talk with their executive.I have paid the money to the UPI I.d. provided by them. But they have not closed my loan and yesterday called for settlement of Rs.30200/-
Now I have filed FIR against them and it was instructed by the authority not to pay any money to them.
