Dear Sir,
I have paid full amount as per the mail received from Ziploan concerned person, in which loan amount mentioned. I have paid amount and sent the receipt to them in returning mail. I have paid the final amount on 13.06.2022 and still they are showing the loan is due. After the payment done the concern person is not receiving the calls. And their customer care department is telling that due to technical error loan is due on our website.
No one is helping us. And we are unable to close this issue. And also they are increasing the amount everyday.
Plz help us.
