My agreement with Money Tap (DMI Finance) was for 36 EMIs. I had borrowed 41000/-. I have repaid my 36 EMIs fully of Rs.1609/- which is around 56,971/- but now dmi charging further 7 emi i.e. additional 10000/- to close the loan. They don’t have any customer support number. I have sent email for this issue but I never get any response. I have raised ticket on their application but got no response. Now their recovery agents are harassing me. They also charging me EMI default penalty.
