I had taken a loan from Mobikwik it was financed by their partner DMI finance limited. I closed that loan back in December 2020. The loan is still showing as active in Mobikwik. Since 2021 I had contacted Mobikwik multiple times to close that account. I have even shared loan closure letter which I got from DMI website but they refuse to close that loan instead they keep asking for screenshot of last payment which I don’t have. I have requested them to get in touch with their partner DMI to check the loan status which they never did and keep on asking for screenshot of last payment. It’s been 3 years now the loan is still showing as active. I have attached the loan closure letter and would request you to do the needful.
