I bought Vivo Phone on loan from Airtel.

After paying 3 EMIs, I requested for Foreclosure.

Airtel asked me to pay 15075 as final payment for foreclosure. I made the final payment.

Now Airtel is again asking for Next EMI.

No calculation is shared, they are also not providing the Payment receipt for 15075.

Please help
