I had purchased a course on May month 2022.
From My LKG class to College i was paying fees to the respective institution.When im joined Im only aware of paying fees to skill llync.After all procedure of joining I getting call from outside people and asking me to pay the amount.Then only i come to know skill llync has opened a loan account on my name and for us loan is not halal.if we are taking loan we will be in hell its muslim religious rule.

First they opened account without awaring me then they will be asking i provieded otp,signature and all yes i think its usual formality while we joining the the instisution for who dosent know what is loan and loan procedure.

Second thing they brake my law of religion which i was following.

I didnt payed the EMI and that outside people call me and started to threat in very bad way.They where threatting like we will be coming to your home and make voice and collect from there if you are not willing to pay now and i discussed this with my frnds and they told me we will help you to pay EMI from their money.

Past 10 months i have paid EMI from them again i dont want to pay simply for me
Due to this course is not halal i didnt want to learn the course also.

Honourable court please look into it and judge accordingly.
