I opened a student loan account back in 2017 and have settled all the EMIs in their respective intervals on time. I have also received a loan settlement confirmation from the company back in january 2018, which i have attached to this complaint. But still now the loan comes up as open in my credit reports and is affecting my credit performance.
Since the Company Quiklo has shut down, i have no point of contact to help me settle this.
