I have closed my loan on 7/6/23 and raised a request for loan closure letter and they reverted thdy can tKe request only post 30 days after loan closure post that i again raised request till now they have not closed the loan and just giving generic mails.No resolution till now it has impactrd my credit score and a loan was rejected because of zest money loan pending which i applied for a medical emergency
