I availed a credit of Rs 3105 (Loan Id – 9875915641AC) from Zestmoney on 29 Mar 2022 which paid off on 03 May 2022. It is listed under Closed EMIs in zestmoney history but is still reflecting as active in my CIBIL report due to which my CIBIL score dropped down to 686 . I raised a complaint almost 6 months ago on 25 Oct 2022. After several conversations with team Zestmoney via mail as well as on call but didn’t reached to any resolution till date.
I am a salaried individual and applied for a Home loan which is being rejected because of my lower CIBIL score.
