Took up a loan with Zest Money, and the loan was cancelled. My first EMI was paid as well, and they still haven’t paid my refund!!! Called, emailed and even tweeted but to no avail, they are so quick to take money but refunds???? We have to beg them for that money. How does this make them trustworthy????
