I have enrolled in an online Postgraduate Program in Data Analytics and Data Science offered by Skill-Lync, for which I paid a total of 1,20,000 rupees. The payment was facilitated through Eduvanz, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), in the form of a loan that is to be repaid in 22 equated monthly installments (EMIs). Despite making 13 timely installments, I regret to inform you that I have been unable to complete the curriculum and projects associated with the program.
Due to unforeseen changes in my personal circumstances and future plans, I am no longer able to continue with the educational program. Consequently, I have submitted a formal request to cancel my enrollment and the remaining balance of 9 EMIs. However, I have been informed that while it is possible to replace the candidate for the program, no action can be taken regarding the loan amount that has already been disbursed.
In light of these circumstances, I kindly request that the remaining 9 EMIs be waived and that this information be accurately reported to the Credit Information Bureau of India Limited (CIBIL). I trust that you will consider my situation empathetically and take the necessary steps to address this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
