I tried making a flight booking online with Yatra and chose to make the payment via zestmoney loan. The zest money loan got approved much later than the expiry of the Yatra transaction window. So, the flight booking was not successful and I asked Zest money to cancel the approved loan. I provided the declaration from Yatra that the booking was not done and the loan amount was not utilised by them in any way. Yes the Zestmoney company has not cancelled the loan even after two months of raising a request. They are not paying back the 1st instalment which was auto debited from my bank account. On top of that the Zestmoney collection team is harassing me with calls for payment of subsequent instalments.
