Dear sir/madam,
I was enrolled to the automation testing job Guarantee program on 29th oct. The seller told me that i can cancel the program within a month. Now that i want to cancel the program they are stating that they will not cancel the program due to their refund policy. No one told me that i have trial period of 30 days and only then i can cancel the program. Now they are stating that they will not cancel the program because it’s beyond 30 days.I talked continuously with the Simplilearn HR team and technical team 1 months ago.and they said that it is okay,your account will be closed.but not cancel program My father was accident and i am not able to pay the EMIs.which i can’t pay the EMIs.Seller even made my course fee distributed into two loans now two Propelld and LiquiLoans (third party loan partners of Simplilearn) are asking for the EMI. Simplilearn seller confirmed me that there will be only one EMI deduction but i am getting two messages from these loans prpviders for deducting the EMI. Please help me and get my EMIs stop asap. It will be very helpful.
