I took a loan of INR 3500 from an android app “LOAN WITH U” for 7 days.
On the 5th day I got calls and messages on whatsapp asking me to pay back the amount. I told them I will pay it on time as I have 2 more days left. But they kept on messaging me and sending me all my personal information they acquired and they blackmail me to pay in the link they send me. The link wasn’t even for the company. They even edited my pics with some fake nude pictures and threatening me that they will sent this to all my contacts. I talk to them politely but they won’t listen. Later I paid the rollover amount of rs1400 to the app upi they provided but even that amount was kept on not clear. Even after clearing the rollover amount it is still showing that 3500 is due to payback. When I ask them they said I haven’t paid the full amount that’s why they cannot close. But I cannot pay another full 3500 after paying 1400. They are threatening that i will be sent to the legal department for actions where I received another messages from a number introducing himself as legal committee member. He threaten me with the same technique sending me my edited fake nude pics
I sent so many mails to the customer service but I don’t get any help from them. I am willing to payback but the way they threaten me I feel like this won’t stop even after I pay full amount to them. I already pay 1400 but still they’re asking for the full payment .
