Loan taken for zestmoney. Lender Piramal. No document shared for the loan, nor any payment links share for making the payment which delayed the repayment and now it is affecting my CIBIL score. Complaint has been filed with RBI and regulatory board. No process in place. Dropped several email to customer care email help@zestmoney.com. Still no revert or solution provided. being Harassed daily on account of calls and msgs being received.
