These 2 loan app doing business in the name of PSPR fintech are threatening me on calls and messages even when the loan is not due and also calling/messaging my contacts and abusing them to make the payment. They are charging almost Rs 10000 per Rs 20000 for a week and they are making our life miserable by abusing. I feel like suiciding now. They are not following any RBI norms and are constantly calling us. I asked if they have emi flexibility or If i could pay them in few dats but they are not budging to anything. I have left multiple emails but of no use. I would also like to flag these loan app company to RBI if this is not taken care. Please help. Thanks.
