Dear sir,
Pleae take strict action against the below mentioned apps as they are not following rbi guide lines as they charge 25-30% interest for 7 days and even before due date people. same thing they did with me started calling and messaging to pay it today else they will call my relatives and friends. i requested them that it will be done on due date but they regularly kept on calling and send me messages and voice notes.
They mentally tortured me upto a level that i thought of comitting s@uicide. to save my selves i borrowed money from my friend and paid them, please take proper action against them as few people will be forced to commit s@uicide because of the. there was no loan agreement or detials nof their registered NBFC provided.
Name of those apps on google store as as below.
Asan Loan, Credit wallet, Loan, credit key, loan cube, credit cash, simpl loan, new loans, rs wallet, maya cash, fun loans, cash mine, ppmoney,hi kredit, hoo cash, shine loans, credit hub, curry cash, rupee star, rupee smart, rupee land, rupee redee, sharp loans, rich cash, rupiya bus, wen cart, lend mall, kredipe, noble loan, bridge loan, fresh rupee. cash fish
i am already intrap though i am trying to pay nack as much as possible but it’s increasing day by day and giing out of control,
sir please do something else it will take few more lives

I am totally agree with him, i am also in the trap of this applications, and lots of other also victim of this apps, in last 3 months i already lost more then 2L for paying loan dues to this companies and still dues are pending.
They are using very smart technology and they are confident that no one is catch them or do anything to them whether it is cyber crime department, police department etc.
I request the forum to please do some strict actions against this apps.
