Hello ma’am/sir.

I am Venkat sundeep from Nellore, Currently learning a course for getting a JOB, we are middle class family. Unfortunately, I had to take out an emergency loan from the app. Just to check my approval status on ‘Gocash’ app but they simply credited 2 loans into my account. which is 2276rs each and repayment amount is 3500rs(for each) in 7days. today is the 6th day, I have till 30th december time, The app collection team is continuously calling me and messaging me in a threatening way, they shared my contacts with me and said, they call them. I am worried about this right now. also they use bad words in calls and messages, I have shared a few screenshots, please look into it.

They scold me with audio messages.
