Tracu Loan app on 23th june i had installed and i was just checking if I will be eligible for a loan or not. There was an option as ‘continue Certification’ it’s take me to the document upload section where i have uploaded documents such as Aadhar And Pan Card and then it take me to the bank account adding section after i added a bank account then i clicked on submit. After few hours i checked again on app and it was showing application under examination. But then suddenly i got a message comes to me 3300 amount has been credited to my account and then i saw 6000 amount due on the app for 6 days tenure.(28th June 2022)
I ask about extension to pay on July 1st but from their side was threating me with my contacts details and scolding bad words on me i felt sad and disappointed regarding this at same time There was no loan agreement or loan breakdown. I don’t know what to do but am on reputed company so I don’t have a option i i i I i paid the amount on today morning(27th June 2022 ) Please block and help me to find a justice .
