I had applied for a personal loan from Cashe app on 4th September 2023, I received that loan is approved and disbursement will be in 24hrs, I tried following up with them since last 3 days, other than scripted response I have not received proper answer from them, now they have stopped responding at all.

As my personal banking f details are uploaded on this app if the loan is not getting transferred I would like to initiate cancellation process and delete required information.
