As per details Cashe is regulated under RBI and its online transactions should be faster. I have been a customer for sometime, availed loans and closed them promptly. Now a days, Cashe does not disburse amount as expected and there is a lot off delay. They advertise as if disbursement would be done immediately however they come back with excuse that there is a technical glitch. All individuals who have raised complaints would be taking loans from Cashe on high interest due to some emergency. Their advertising models prompts people to take as it says instant disbursement, why RBI does not look into these complaints. I applied for loan on Dec 21st and it was approved however till data the app says processing disbursement. Even after email response they told 5 days ETR but its been ages and post that no response. Why cant they disburse the amount, its pathetic and how can RBI not even look at it and such false advertisement from such online loan apps
