Good morning,
Myself Ricky Dhambir and I am from Mumbai. The reason for writing this compliant regarding blackmaler of KOKO Loan application, I have downloaded KOKO application on Google Play and enquired of loan for same I submitted my KYC after submitting documents it show checking elegibility but after sometime I received message Rs 4640 credited in my account and application showing me to pay Rs 8000 within 6 days I shocked how can credited without my concern and incomplete information regarding loan, I tried to send mail on same day i.e 20022022 given on app, but it’s bounce I understand it was fake mail I’D same time I raised complaint on consumer application. On 25th KOKO loan send whatsapp me ask to pay Rs 8000 I said I am ready to pay Rs 4640 which u have credited but he threatened me Will share all your contacts that I am fraud customer. Please help me
