I have downloaded instant loan app named “KOKO Loan” and created profile (Pan card, Bank details) to check eligibility. After that without any confirmation or giving details of emi, interest and loan amount 4600 directly credited to my account on 20th feb 2022 and today I received whatsApp msgs to pay 8000 by today itself. This is completely fraud and the agents are too rude. I tried reaching there mail address but mail address also wrong. Kindly help me. I didn’t want money at that time and no one will borrow money with that much higher interest and just for 3 days.
There are so many people like me are suffering from this issue from the same app.
