I’m laying down my complain against this fraudulent app cashbus 9cash/hicash. Yes I was deceived into taking loan from them through one of their agent but I realized the level of deception and high level of unprofessionalism displayed by members of this organisation.
There have been several defamatory messages and calls from their agents. I’ve tried finding out where their head office is but all to no avail. They don’t have any office address nor active email address yet they operate here in Nigeria. I almost died of shock a week ago because of their threathnening calls and messages. Which includes insult and curses. They went as far as destroying my family’s name.
Why will such app operates in a country that has rules and regulations. In a country that has professional bodies that guides mobile banking operations. Why will you just give out license to people like that without proper investigation to see whether they actually meet up to standard of the proper code of conduct including staff operations.
Please kindly call them to order to stop all this harassment of a thing. it’s killing.
