Respected Sir
I visited the Facebook there is Loan App of wealthsnap-App & U cash app. When I saw their Rate of interest is on very higher side. So, I deleted the app. After three days they calling me for repayment of Loan. I was not aware of the loan. They deposited without my consent Rs.2100/- on 05.05.2024 & Rs. 2280 /- 06.05.2024 without my consent. So, I immediately returned their money on the same day and requested hundred time said to them I have not applied any Loan nor I required any Loan.
Now nothing is due with me but they asking Rs. 2980 + Rs.2980 =Rs.5980 interest and file charges for 7 days. But now they threating with abusing language, Non- Tolerable things mentioned on my Aadhar card and On PAN Card. Which are the Legal documents of Government of India. So, I want to register complaint with Reserve Bank of India, NBFC to close these Apps and take legal action as per Law.
