I have bought noise earphones worth ₹1399 on 24th June 2024 in Myntra, Ordered food on Zomato worth ₹1038 on 25 June 2024 Using Mobikwik Zip pay later. I need to pay a total of 2555.50 on 5th July 2024. But, I have forgot to pay the bill. The next day I was charged ₹666 as penalty. After few days including daily penalty, Ok need to pay ₹3302.93 on July 27, 2024. I have requested the customer care woman that I can’t pay the penalty and I will pay the actual amount, which I need to pay till July 5, 2024(₹2555.50). She accepted for the penalty waiver. And I have paid ₹2555.50 on the app. But now they are asking me to pay that penalty amount(₹750.07). If I won’t pay that amount they will charge panlty for this penalty.Please help me to get throw this.
