I Have applied for the Loan from the Money view loan, where it was approved by the money view loan. But the bank account to which the money was credited by them was already closed 4 months before the loan gets sanctioned. So I have contacted the customer care on-call and via email and told them all the story, they asked me to send the document like bank statement which I have given from bank. Then they asked me to send the bank a closer letter because they cant see on bank statement that the account was closed, so I arrange that also and send it to them. After sending all the documents I have contacted to mone view loan department vai call and email for my problem, then I got the email after 10 days stating that it will take time of 20 to 25 days to resolve. my dispute starts on 8 Nov 2021 and today it 16 Dec 2021 it is still pending. whenever I email it to them they don’t even reply to it properly. whenever I asked them that how much time it’s going to take now they don’t even know how much time it will take though they took 45 days still they don’t know anything.
Now there collection department asking for the EMI and they are just calling me and texting me and even on Email that when you are going to pay the EMI. which the money they don’t even to me and I have sent my bank statement every time.
Now I am fed up with everything I don’t want to get into it, I just want to stop this either give me the loan or want to cancel it.
I just need a resolution.
