I applied for an online loan through Turat App and they approved sum of Rs. 7000 as loan amount. At the time of disbursal in Turat app they showed the amount of Rs. 4200 as disbursed for a week and to repay, the amount is RS. 7000.
When the said disbursed amount of Rs. 4200 was not received even after 24Hours in my bank account i approached them through the only available option of email. They replied me to wait patiently. For 2 days i waited patiently and then after they sent me the screenshot of transfer they made to my account.
When i checked, i found they entered a wrong Bank A/C number of 13 digits instead of 12 digits. Whether by mistake or deliberately don’t know.
Now when through several mails i am trying to make them understand that they have entered a wrong Babk A/c Numer, they are simply ignorimg me and harassing me.
No money received and now i have to pay Rs. 7000 to them in next 4 days.
Absolute scam and harassment.
