I took loan in March 2022 of amount 23000 and I paid all the amount since Feb 2023.in loan duration the zavrom app was not working and few payments get delayed due to their app issue and I also contacted to zavron and sent multiple email reminders I am not able to make payments and please resolve the isssue. Instead of resolved the issue they putting the fine charges but not fixed the app issue… I raised the concern don’t put the fine as your app is not working but they didn’t listen to me… I paid all the loan amount of 23000 but not paid any fine but whenever I approached to lose my loan account they denied and still they are putting fine instead to lose my loan account hence my CIBIl report get impacting.
They are doing fraud with customers and looting the money with innocent people. I requested to RBI and others take a very strict action against them and shut down this fraud company.
