I have apply cashe loan Dec 16. But amount not transfered. 15 day completed stil process stage. Emi date updated. But amount not credited my account.
Several time i mailed but reply same

We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.
Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.
As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.
