Sir.
I have taken loan from money view app for emi i have paid 33000 till now
But unfortunately I was met an accident on last year so after that I couldn’t pay my emi so just i recovered from this I asked from money view team pls send me the settlement letter of payment I will pay told from telephone conversation from money view person he said i will spoke to manager you can pay the amount of 10000rs i have paid I have also proof of that after that he is saying again need to pay 5k then only it will be closed can you please solve this issue
