I took a pre approve loan which is showed my mobile app. From DMI finance at last Saturday 17 September 2022.Loan fees and tex are debeted from my bank account.but till now I don’t get my loan amount in my bank account.I try to contacted so many times to customer care but they are not respond my call. Emi remeinder are already display my mobile screen.
Please give a solution about this
