I have taken a loan from Creditt App and I have paid my loan but again they have debited it from bank account (₹12,684) if I call the executive he is not responding to my call text and email and he is blocking my number if I reach the customer support they are not responding to me. I need a refund of ₹12,684 immediately. Please do the needful
