I admit that I didn’t repay the loan on time but later I make a statement with them but my loan is still active.
I intentionally default it because I found out later that it was a fraud company
First they issued the card without informing me, then they said 0 percent interest and after I pay subscription fees also then there asked me to pay subscription fee of 250/- every month.
Loan amount only 700/- company say me you repay this amount in 3 month emi after this they say every month 250/- charges apply for subscription fees
It’s not fair sir
