My name is Mohd Mulazim Ansari, I took a personal loan of Rs. 40000 in the year 2007. Agent who came to collect documents took 3 blank cheques (as it was a procedure at that time) After deductions of file charge and all i got RS 37500 in my bank account. EMI of 2165×24 =51960. After deductions of 24 EMI i thought my loan is over but again they presented 3 more EMI of same amount i.e 2165. then i took out all of my money from bank and reached bank to know why more than 24 EMI is deducted from my bank account but the manager of Saket Branch blaming some other person that i just got transferred here i don’t know about all this and they just ignored me every time i reach there. I got too many Legal notices about settlement but i told them about the fraud they just stopped after that. Now again i am getting calls for that loan. I want to register a complaint on that behalf and i want my money back 2165×3 =6495 with 14.55% Interest rate as i paid to them on my personal Loan.
