**Subject:** Incorrect Active Loan Showing in CIBIL – PC Finance Services Pvt. Ltd.
I would like to report an issue regarding my CIBIL report. A loan from **PC Finance Services Private Limited** is currently showing as active in my credit report, which I want to get closed.
I request you to kindly provide the correct procedure to close this loan. If there is any outstanding payment pending, please share the official payment link or method through which I can make the payment securely.
Additionally, after the payment (if applicable), I request you to issue a **No Objection Certificate (NOC)** or confirmation stating that the loan has been fully settled and closed (Nil balance), and update the same in my CIBIL records.
Please look into this matter at the earliest and assist me in resolving this issue.
