I tried booking flight tickets and pay through zest.. But at the time of payment error popped up and payment was not successful.
On checking the app later i saw that emi has started twice but tickets are not booked.
I have checked the travel app through which I booked but nothing has been booked there.
I have even checked with Yatra.com , provided mail confirmation and screenshot of my Yatra account – but there has been no help from Zest money. Seems they have been delaying the matter and not resolving.
Please check and immediately cancel the loan, its been more than a month I have been chasing with the Zest Money Help and support team.
