I have taken loan from Phocket. Application Number: 230113588. Loan amount 30000 and repayment amount is 33018 and tenure is 3 months. The amount 11006 debited from account on 1st of every month till May 2023.I have foreclosed the loan from Phocket loan app on 2nd April 2023 before due date 3rd April. I paid 21675 for remaining 2 installments since 1st Emi amount was already debited from account.however,the 2nd Emi amount 11006 auto debited on 3rd April. Even I have cleared whole outstanding amount before one month. The loan account still opened and I haven’t received the extra amount 11006 debited from account. I am sending mails every day to Phocket team, but no response from them. Kindly check with Phocket team and close the loan at the earliest since the next Emi is due on next month i.e., 1st May. I am expecting debited amount 11006 to be transferred to my account asap.
